Inspire, Create, Share

I want to share everything inside these pages but unfortunately I am not able to do so just yet. Keeping the suspense for when you can hold YOUR very own catalog in your hands and go "Ooooh" and "Ahhhh" like I did.

You will not be disappointed.

I promise!

Catalog Premiere Day!!!!!

I've been a little pre-occupied lately with the retirement list announcement, free shipping for an entire week and prepping for classes and swaps. The day is finally here that I've been waiting for, Monday, April 28, 2014!!!! I generally do not care for Mondays but this is a special one for all Stampin' Up! demonstrators.

Across North America simultaneously thousands of Stampin' Up! staff and demonstrators will be in theatres in certain cities previewing the 2014 - 2015 Annual Catalog. This means we get to see it FIRST! WOOHOO!!!

I'm curious to see all the new in-colors, stamp sets, designer series paper, buttons, ribbons and any new products or product lines they have been working on in the past year.

I'm sure I not the only one feeling like it's "Christmas morning!" I'm so giddy with excitement and can no longer hold it in!!!!!

The day has arrived!

I will be exhausted for the rest of the week but I'm ok with that. I am ready. Let's bring it on!

Fabulous is what you are

Since I have joined Stampin’ Up! as an independent demonstrator, I have focused on making greeting cards. I have dabbled in home décor, gifts, and 3-D paper crafts. I have recently set a goal of making scrapbook pages. I shocked myself at how much fun it was to create them. Although I’m sure it would be easier if I had pictures to add to them. Most of my pictures are digital and I am going to need to get them printed.

To continue with this goal, I have created a monthly Scrap Saturday class. This is where I will have one or two scrapbook pages ready for you to create.  All supplies will be cut and ready for you to put together. If you complete sooner, you can have the remaining time to utilize my crafting tools to help with other pages you might be working on. The class cost will be $5 (pre-paid non-refundable) to reserve your seat. I have picked the fourth Saturday of each month to hold this class and ask that if you are interested to join me to RSVP requirement is at least one week in advance. It’s always more fun when you have your friends around. Feel free to bring a friend or two. Bring adhesive, your beverage of choice and your craftiness.

If this class schedule doesn’t work for you, please contact me and we can work out other class schedules that work best for both of us.

Enjoy all your moments! Take photos so we can scrapbook the memories and journal the stories that are behind them.

Oh how I wish I could call or email each of you and just say "Thank you, for all you do!" but I do not want to tie up the phone lines or inboxes.

Even though we may not know each other, it's nice to know there are great people out there assisting with answering your questions, helping with any corrections or just there at Convention to high five you! Demonstrator Support is simply the BEST!

No April Fools

I was invited to be a guest crafter for an after school craft club at a local middle school.

The crafts I had for the children to make were five different cards.

Of course all the supplies were ready to be put together and they needed to stamp their greetings (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Thank you, Happy Birthday and Easter Cheer) and the handmade by on the back of each card.

I made an owl topper pencil for each of the children as a Thank you for having me join their craft club today.

Supplies for cards were made with retired Stampin' Up! cardstock, designer series paper and stamp sets.

Can you tell by their smiles that they had a blast making them all on their own?!?!?!

Enjoy all your moments!
